Repairing Trust

A foundation needed to repair trust between staff and leaders before moving forward to chart a new strategy for growth.  


What we did



  1. Repair of trust: staff said this was the first time many of them felt hopeful about moving forward in a long time. 

  2. Leaders gained clarity and skills on how to address difficult conversations with staff in an equitable manner. 

  3. The organization was able make peace with the past and chart a vision forward.
