About us
Origins
We formed in early 2020 as a group of practitioners who wanted to explore how equity work in organizations could be done more effectively. We began as a community of learning and mutual support, and as demands for equity work increased in 2020, we began providing support to organizational clients.
Our Name
“All In” refers to two phenomena that are important in this work: High commitment, as in being all in, and thorough and full inclusion, as in everyone is in.

Who we work with
We have worked with over a dozen mission-driven organizations, including national foundations, nonprofits, and B Corps across areas such as education, healthcare, social services, public health, research, financial equity, and more.
