About us
Origins
We formed in early 2020 as a group of consultants, educators, and practitioners who wanted to explore how equity work in organizations could be done more effectively. We began with an initial focus as a community of learning and mutual support, and as demands for equity work increased in 2020, we expanded our support to include organizational clients as well.
Our Name
The name “All In” refers to two different phenomena that we feel are important in this work: The sense of high commitment, as in being all in, and the sense of thorough and full inclusion, as in everyone is in.
What we do
- Consult with organizations
- Convene community conversations
- Reflect and then share our learnings
- Support organizations with fewer financial resources
Who we work with
We have worked with over a dozen organizations, including national foundations, nonprofits, and B Corps, in areas such as education, healthcare, social services, public health, research, financial equity, and more.
