Organization Transformation

A research organization was losing funding and staff and needed to shift its strategy and structure in order to regain relevance and continue its mission.

What we did

  1. The organization was far more nimble and able to adapt to client and funder needs in about twice as quickly as before.

  2. New internal structures led to new partnerships, increased cross-functional sharing, and the launch of new initiatives for their clients.

  3. Managers and staff felt more hopeful with the new career pathways aligned to functional areas.
