Equity-centered leaders
An association needed to build skills for its leaders to be more equity-centered to both shift the culture and bring their behaviors into alignment with espoused values.

What we did
Created a Tailored Curriculum
We started by understanding the context thorugh interviews and focus groups to learn exactly what the organization needed most and benefit from. We developed a customized learning plan based on this.
Led Results-Focused Learning Activities
We embarked on a learning journey that included accountability partners, individual coaching, self-paced and full-group activities, and focused on the use of skills in day-to-day work.
Assessed Changes in Behavior
We assessed changes in behavior throughout the journey using self-assessments and pulse surveys with staff. We used this data to celebrate progress and identify where more support was needed.
Ongoing Coaching and Accountability Support
We supported the executive team as an accountability partner to help them reflect on how they were sustaining changes, barriers, and provided individual coaching to managers who needed it.
